The training is very good as it was not all about knowing the Acts and Principles. The video was quite helpful as it puts you in the situation to demonstrate how the principles were used and its effectiveness. The trainer has knowledge and shared her professional knowledge and views too. I should say this is the best MCA training I have ever been.
